I was pretty adamant on not going to the dietician because I had this fear that I won’t be able to do it and also the fact that I am a certified foodie.
When I did go to Dt. Bipasha, she was extremely sweet and made sure I felt comfortable. Throughout the diet she made sure I was comfortable, she kept track of my choices and made sure the diet consisted of the things that I’d like.
When The pandemic hit the country and I couldn’t visit her anymore, she still was available everytime, whether it was a diet related question or I wasn’t feeling well in general.
I’m not saying it wasn’t hard, it took a lot of courage but thankfully I had Dt. Bipasha and her team with me to make sure I get through it with peace. After 3 months, I have lost 14 kgs and it feels good. I no more stand in the heavyweight category.
It was an experience to say the least. A very good experience. I recommend people to visit Sugati and Dt. Bipasha if they’re looking for something similar.
My husband and myself signed up for a couple-weightloss program a month back. Both of us have been struggling with issues related to obesity for quite a few years now. I started to consult Bipasha Das for weight loss at the end of June 2019, after I came to know of her through a friend who had visibly benefitted with her guidance. Bipasha and team helped my wife and I believe in something that was seemingly impossible for us i.e lose weight. She came up with a diet plan that not only appealed to our taste buds but also help shed some tough to crack fat. I came to know about bipasha from an office colleague. At the time i met her, I was three months post partum. She did not restrict my eating habits rather she incorporated a varirtu of food groups in my diet. This helped me shed the stubborn post pregnancy weight. She gave me delicious alternatives of not so healthy food items. She is a good listener and constantly motivates her patients to feel good about themselves.
